Prestwick Sports and Leisure is in a unique position of being able to offer all year round play and fitness. We have Tennis (LTA Accredited), Badminton, Table Tennis, a Fitness Gym and all the exercise classes you could want on your doorstep.
We are open 361 days per year (closed 25th & 26th Dec and 1st & 2nd Jan) and offer special rates for families, students, corporate and country members (who live greater than 20 miles from the club).
As a non-profit organisation we are dedicated to offering the finest facilities at an affordable price. We offer memberships for Fitness, Tennis and Tennis & Fitness combined.

FITNESS * Technogym EXCITE range of gym equipment (with inbuilt personal TV screens.
*25 cardio vascular and resistance stations, all include the Techno one-to-one personal advice and support.
*State of the art weight machines and Powerplate (dubbed the 'miracle' machine. The plate works by giving the body muscles a high speed workout, as the vibrations make them contract and relax up to 50 times a second)
* Step Class, Legs Bums & Tums, Circuit Training, Box Circuits, Power Step and Tone, Body Blitz, Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Zone, Chick Fit (for Teenage Girls), Power Step and Tone, Running Club and Hi/Lo Aerobics Classes. All classes are available for members and non-members. Peak members receive all classes free, off peak members receive all classes before 4pm free and non-members pay £4 per class.
