Fitness Classes

Studio Timetable
Monday – 10am – 11am – Tara Jackson - TRIM ‘L’ FIX IT
A group fitness class especially designed for the over 50’s. The class aims to encourage healthy bones, stronger muscles, targeting problem areas, lower blood pressure and cholesterol.  
Monday – 6.00pm – 7.00pm – Kate Stewart (Term Time)  - CHICK FIT 
A group fitness based class for young chicks aged 13,14 and 15 years.  Workouts include aerobics,  tai bo, box circuits and lots more.  Have fun while getting fit!   
Monday - 7.00pm – 8.00pm – Kate Stewart - BODY BLITZ 
A session to combat the entire body! A basic aerobic warm up followed by 45mins of working hard to improve muscle tone and posture! 
Monday 7.00pm – 8.00pm – Kate Stewart - CARDIO TONE
Half and half! The first half of the class is aerobics to raise the heart rate to increase fitness and burn fat. Then we really get to work those muscles to tighten and tone the whole body. 
Tuesday – 6.00pm – 7.00pm – Claire Rogerson – BEGINNERS RUNNING CLUB
Designed for those that have either never run before, or have not run for a while. The class begins with a warm up, followed by a group run outdoors around Prestwick. Walking intervals are included in the run to allow a gradual build up to a full run. 
Tuesday – 7.00pm – 8.00pm – Claire Rogerson – ADVANCED RUNNING CLUB
Join Claire in this club to improve running technique, fitness and challenge yourself.  All levels are welcomed and routes are tailored individually. Prepare to get wet ………sometimes! 
Wednesday – 7.00pm – 8.00pm – Julie - HI / LO AEROBICS
The classic aerobics class!  Great moves and great music to get the heart rate working to get fit and burn fat.  There are high options and low options so that you work at your own level.  Simple but really effective choreography! 
Thursday – 7.30pm – 8.30pm – Kate & Mark Stewart - BOXFIT CIRCUITS
Double trouble with Kate and Mark ! A circuit based class incorporating boxing principles to improve fitness, muscle mass and shape.  Fight your way to a better fitness!
