Fitness Classes

 

The following fitness classes (excluding Dru Yoga) are

FREE for members of the gym, and £4 for non-members.

Dru Yoga costs £4 for members of the gym and £6 for non-members.

 

Booking one week in advance is essential as the classes fill up quickly.
