The standard at Prestwick Tennis is mixed, so there's no need to feel daunted if you're new to the game or you haven't played for a while. We offer coaching at all levels for juniors and seniors. Members and Non-Members. In this sometimes over-competitive age, friendly tennis clubs can be hard to find, however, the friendly attitude of the club cannot be emphasised too strongly, as our members are well aware that joining a new club can be a daunting prospect.  

Members and Non-Members alike have full access to the coaching programmes and courts but here are just some of the benefits of being a Tennis member :

Join as a Tennis member - Great benefits :

• As a club member access to all the Prestwick outdoor courts are completely free, whilst indoor court bookings maybe be made up to eight days in advance (non-members can only book 3 days in advance). Members rates for indoor courts range between £8 - £10 per court per hour, dependent on whether the booking is at a peak or off-peak time.
  
  
• Also, as a member at Prestwick you will have access to an additional nine outdoor courts, six at Ayr Fort and three at Symington Tennis Club also for free.
  
  
• Membership entitles players to represent the club at key competitions such as Ayrshire leagues, National Junior or Senior leagues in addition to accessing many of the club’s junior and adult coaching programmes at discounted rates
  
  
• A comprehensive programme including men’s and ladies’ and mixed club nights is available to members each week, whilst junior club member’s programmes run throughout the week, with opportunity to both learn and compete through coaching and competitions
  
  
• All new members are entitled to a free half hour on court session with the club’s director of tennis to establish what every member is looking to achieve from their membership
