All members receive a comprehensive three stage induction process when they join.

| Involves gathering member’s basic information, measuring blood pressure, height, weight, followed by a simple fitness test which involves a 12 minute walk on the treadmill. This initial one hour session is concluded with a simple 20 minute trial workout by which time you will have a good understanding of the equipment and how the Technogym system operates. |
A 30 minute trial workout using the machines not covered in your first visit. By this stage you will have a good understanding of all the equipment, how the key system works, and all the necessary settings such as seat heights will be saved into the Technogym Wellness system. |
Commences with a goal setting discussion followed by the instructor devising your training program specific to your goals whether it be general fitness, weight loss, muscle toning or working towards running a marathon. |
