There are 2 levels available :
Beginners: Tuesdays 6-7pm
Welcome to anyone interested in starting a running programme. It is designed for those that have either never run before, or have not run for a while. The class begins with a warm up, followed by a group run outdoors around Prestwick. Walking intervals are included in the run to allow a gradual build up to a full run. Members and Non-members Welcome. Free for members of the gym and £3 for non-members.
Intermediate/Advanced: Tuesdays 7-8pm For those with a little more practice in running. The program consists of a warm up, followed by an outdoor run. There are different training principles each week such as Hill Training, Speed Work, and Pace Work. It is a great environment to meet fellow runners in the community. Members and Non-members Welcome. Free for members of the gym and £3 for non-members .
