Our Running Club will start back up on Sunday 14th March 2010!
Every Sunday - Beginners : 2pm - 3pm - Welcome to anyone interested in starting a running programme. It is designed for those that have either never run before, or have not run for a while. The class begins with a warm up, followed by a group run outdoors around Every Sunday Advanced : 3pm - 4pm - For those with a little more practice in running. The program consists of a warm up, followed by an outdoor run. There will be different training principles each week such as Hill Training, Speed Work, and Pace Work. It is a great environment to meet fellow runners in the community. Members and non-members welcome! No need to pre-book just turn up on the day! It is free for members of the gym and £4 for non-members.
