Personal Training and Nutrition Advising: Anytime!

We are happy to now be offering Personal Training and Nutrition Advising as an added service to Prestwick FITNESS. Individual and intense one hour sessions are specially designed for you.

Whether you are looking for an effective Weight Loss programme, Sport-Specific Training, or a little extra motivation, our Personal Trainer, Deslee Mihalyi can give you the results you are looking for. 

Deslee is a fully qualified REP personal trainer with over 5 years experience and is a qualified Nutrition Advisor with the REP. Deslee is a  former Canadian Rhythmic Gymnastic National Team Member and has over 20 years experience in the Sport and Fitness Field as an athlete and coach.

Personal training is welcome to Members and Non-Members.

 We are currently offering a one hour free Personal Training Session to all our fitness members. The free 1 hour Personal Training session will include :

 

Health assessment
Body Composition Analysis
Goal setting and mapping your timeline to sucess
An exciting and intense workout - geared to your personal fitness goals
A 5 - 10 minute relaxing stretch after the workout.
